JAZZY JUNK SCULPTURE

Opening Reception
July 16th, 2016

6pm  - 9 pm

These sculptures by Kris Krohn are an amalgam of found objects from the streets of NYC and rural America. They convey the black experience of jazz in America. The engineering of the found objects dictate the improvisational  riffs that communicate an emotional experience. In the recovery of a decadent societies detritus to make art the apocalyptic vision of man's  relation to nature becomes evident. Amen.
